The Capri Theatre, which is owned and operated by TOSA (SA), shows films on a nightly basis from Tuesday to Sunday, with the exception of Christmas Day & is available for hire. Group bookings are popular as fundraisers.
Matinee sessions are screened on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons and also during school holidays.
The mighty theatre pipe organ plays before film sessions each Tuesday, Friday and Saturday night. |

The auditorium seats 782 and is equipped to present
35mm movies with Dolby Digital Sound,
16mm movies,
35mm slides & video projection. |

Hires |
|
The theatre is available to hire for fund raising, school musical nights, weddings, organ demonstrations, product launches, corporate functions etc.
Equipment/facilities available includes theatre organ, PA, grand piano, stage, follow spot, video projection, two large foyers available for catering, and a well stocked Candy Bar.

New Deluxe Lounge Seats |
|
In November 2004 new luxury lounge seats were added to the auditorium in the front six rows of the Lounge [upstairs] and the back row of the Stalls [downstairs].
The back row in each case consists of double seats or “Love Seats”.
